Technology
The Canalyzer Orientator is designed to differentiate between
and sort cans after a cooker. Certain cooker designs discharge
cans in random orientations and must be sorted prior to labeling.
The Canalyzer Orientator can be configured to sort the cans in
several ways. It can orientate by physical characteristics, color,
or code presence. |

Configuration
The Canalyzer Orientator mounts easily to an existing tabletop
conveyor. Typically the Canalyzer Orientator is used to eject
wrongly orientated containers to a parallel conveyor where the
cans are re-orientated through a twist. The cans are then merged
back onto the main line. The Canalyzer Orientator can be used on
every can type and can size. The unit can reliably operate at speeds
exceeding 1,000 containers per minute. Setup is easy to perform and
in most cases, takes only minutes. |
